One of ReelCrafter's most useful features is the ability to create and share multiple links for a single reel, and then independently manage and track each of those links.

Below is an example of how a reel appears on your Reels page right after you finalize it in the ReelBuilder. At this point, there are no links to this reel so you're the only one who can see it via Preview. To create a shareable link, click the "Add Share Link" button.

Now you'll be prompted to enter a name for your link. This is an internal name that only you will see, and it will help you identify who this reel is being sent to. Typical names might be the name of a person or company.

One last important step: Once you create the link, you need to set it Live (visible). Click on the link name to expand the link details and select Live under the Link Visibility settings. If you do not set it Live it will not be visible to visitors.

Internal Link Name

You can rename your link if you'd like. Again, this name is only visible to you and will help you to identify who is accessing your reel.

Link Visibility

If your link is live, it's active and visible to whomever you share it with. Otherwise, it's inactive and will not be accessible to anyone. Be careful about turning this off once you've shared the link!

Standard URL

This is the standard URL for this particular share link. You can use the clipboard icon to easily copy the URL to your clipboard.

Personalized URL

The personalized URL (optional) lets you create a specific URL to your reel. Type in a short name (called a "slug") in the box, e.g. "sci-fi" and click the checkmark to save it. You can use the pencil icon to edit the slug if you wish to change the URL.

Delete Link

Click this button to delete the share link. Anyone you've shared this link with will no longer be able to access your reel!

You can have as many share links as your plan will allow, and they can each be easily managed by clicking the link name and editing its details.

What's next?

Once you've shared some links, you'll want to take a look at the dashboard to see interactions with your reels.
